Unified Communication & Workflow Platform Design (Framer)

Designed and developed a modern SaaS platform interface focused on unifying business conversations and workflows into a single, scalable system. The goal of this project was to move beyond a traditional support tool and create a more flexible product that can be used across multiple teams including support, sales, and operations. The design emphasizes clarity, usability, and strong product positioning. A clean and modern visual system was created to communicate the platform’s value instantly, while the layout and content structure guide users toward key actions such as onboarding and demo requests. Special attention was given to simplifying complex workflows, improving user engagement, and creating a system that feels both powerful and easy to use.
